Counselling Fees & Payment Options
Individual Counselling Session (60 minutes)
One-to-one counselling focused on your personal goals and current challenges. Suitable for adults, children and older teens seeking regular support.
£50 per session
Couples / Relationship Session (60 minutes)
Joint sessions for partners wishing to improve communication, resolve conflict, or navigate major life transitions together.
£70 per session
Introductory Consultation (15 minutes)
A shorter first meeting to discuss your needs, ask questions, and decide whether our approach is the right fit for you.
Free
Wellbeing Package – 4 Sessions
Prepaid bundle of four individual sessions (50 minutes each) at a reduced rate. Ideal for short-term, focused work on a specific issue.
£180 per package
Concession & Student Rate
Reduced fees may be available for students, NHS staff, education staff and armed forces. Proof of employment required.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session fee. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need.
